As the project is currently in the pre-launch phase and the developer has not yet fully disclosed the information. We also have very little information about the master plan of the society. But, as far as the developer has informed, society is only offering the residential plots in the prelaunch phase.

As like every other society in Pakistan, nova is also expected to have blocks like general, executive or overseas blocks. But we too are not much sure about these things as there are no proper announcements regarding this news. Another thing that has made clear by the developer in the prelaunch phase is that they are not currently offering commercial or farm plots in this phase. The society is only selling residential plots of plot sizes 5 marla, 10 marla, 1 kanal, and 2 kanal currently.


Nova City Price Plan

The pricing plan at nova city is kept very low and nominal to include people from almost every segment of the society. You can book your residential plots on paying 10% of the total amount. The buyer has to deposit 10% confirmation charges within 45 days of initial payment commencement. In case of failure to abide by the tight schedule endorsed by the seller, the candidature of the investor stays liable to cancellation and only 75% is refundable in that case.

Development status of Nova City

Nova city, as discussed is still in the prelaunch phase and the development work on the site is not much evident. However, initial development like road infrastructure, telephone lines and internet broadband are set up in this phase and it is anticipated that soon the society will be successful in getting its NOC and the development work will start at its greater pace soon.
